ABOUT BOXING

                                             About boxing                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             Boxing is a hard sport but when you start boxing you will find it easy you just got to move about in the boxing ring and you need to try to block the shots or move away from the shots and you win by points in boxing it is not about punching hard you just got to be fast and your shots have to sharp and you need stamina to move about in the ring and you if your right handed then your first punch will be with your felt hand and your left foot have to be forward and your right leg has to be behind and if your left handed then your first punch to start with will be your right hand and you put your right leg in front and you left leg back and boxing is a dangers sport and it could damage people for life.

I have been boxing for 1 year and 8 mouths and it is a great place to train and it is in longsight and there are 4 coaches in the gym Omar and Shaf and Aqeel  are the boxing coaches and Raza is the fitness coaches and when I first started at the gym I could not lift any weights but know I can bench press 60kg and I can squat 90kg and I can box and my fitness has improved and I really enjoy boxing and training with my gym mates when I first started I did not know anyone but know I made new friends and sometimes we all go out to eat and I also taken part in a charity run it was 15 mile run 10 people from longsight boxing club did this charity run it was very hard because we needed to run though a lake and mud and it was 5.5 foot but we completed the run and we won a medal and a t-shirt and I also won a trophy in football and I won a medal as well and they call me the N.K.B Boxer but mostly that what I call my self and it stands for Nabeal King Boxer and hopefully I will be a PRO boxer it is not easy you need to train hard and you need to put your time in the gym and just punch the boxing bag and learn the shots over again until you feel confident.

  Kids Boxing Classes                               

They all so run a kids boxing class as well and the kids enjoy boxing and they meet new people that they have not seen before and they make  new friends and they like sparing in the ring and they learn so much and they all so run classes for lady’s fitness classes and boxing class and that’s lady’s classes only no men or boys aloud.Kids and it makes them to come to the gym because some kids always be on there game consoles all day long and it is bad for kids eye sight and it makes them become lazy so my message is that send your kids to the gym you will see a big difference and in that way you kids will know how to defend there self and plus there behaver will improve.  




                                                       

 About The Boxing Club
My favourite sport is boxing because I like fighting and I have seen how strong I am and I am the 3rd  person in the gym that has the strong punch and power shots I am very proud of my self I have made progress and I have got respect in the gym if I have any problem I just talk to my coaches and they help me out or they will give me advise and it is a great gym just go for one day and you will find out how great the gym is and if you start coming you will meet new people and they will tell you about the gym and show you how to use the equipment if you don't know how to use it and if you need to buy some boxing gloves you can buy them off Omar.

Called Hell Run On Saturday 1st November and we raised 2000 pound and it was a great but then it started to rain when I got to the finish line.
